Cyphers is a prediction market protocol being built on Solana, and the beta runs on devnet. Features can change, pause or stop at any time, and access from the waitlist isn't guaranteed.

Tokens on Solana devnet are for testing and have no monetary value.

You must be an adult where you live, and you must be allowed by your local laws to use prediction markets. You're responsible for checking this.

When you use Cyphers, you agree that:

• You're responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. We can't recover or reverse them.
• You won't break the law, manipulate markets, or disrupt or attack the service.
• You won't use Cyphers on behalf of anyone who isn't allowed to use it.

Nothing on this website is financial, legal or tax advice. Prediction markets carry risk, and you make your own decisions.

Cyphers relies on services we don't control, including Solana, MagicBlock, Umbra and Pyth. We aren't responsible for their availability or behaviour.

The Cyphers name, logo and website content belong to us or our licensors. Please don't use them without our permission.

This website and the beta are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. They may contain bugs, and they may not always work as expected.

To the extent the law allows, Cyphers isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your use of the service, blockchain networks or third-party services.

We may update these terms as Cyphers changes. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do, and continuing to use Cyphers means you accept the update.
